General terms and conditions of sale
The site www.damienbeal.fr dedicated to the online store is edited by the company DAMIEN BEAL, auto-entrepreneur, having its head office at 36, avenue de Saint Cloud 78000 Versailles, tel : 09.72.14.25.31, email@example.com in the Trade Register under number 502.818.164 RM 78, exempt from registration in the Trade and Companies Register, VAT not applicable (according to art. 293B of the General Tax Code).
All orders on this site are subject to the terms and conditions of sale set out below. These are subject to change and update.
The site www.damienbeal.fr has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés. In accordance with the Law n°2004-801 of August 6, 2004, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and modifying the Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the customer has a right of access, modification, correction, opposition and suppression of the personal data which concern him. 1/ THE PRODUCTS
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in each product sheet. The company DAMIEN BEAL tries to be the most accurate in the description of the products but its responsibility cannot be engaged if errors were introduced there. The photographs are not part of the contract.
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by e-mail and will have the choice between a refund according to the method of payment used initially or the exchange of the product. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days.
Unavailable products are indicated by a red dot with the mention "on order". The production time for products made to order is approximately 3 weeks (excluding shipping time).
The customer places in his online basket the products he wishes to buy by clicking on "Add to basket" on the product description page. At any time he can view the contents of his cart by clicking on "Cart" at the top right of the page.
Before definitively validating the order, the customer is systematically offered to check the details of the order in order to correct any errors (model, quantity, price, etc.). The customer validates his order when he clicks on the link "Validate my order".
Once the order is validated, the company DAMIEN BEAL confirms this one by sending to the customer an electronic mail in which are taken again the elements of the order (products, price, address of delivery, times of forwarding,?).
Upon delivery, the customer will receive an invoice with the ordered products.
3/ PRICE AND PAYMENT
The product sheet indicates the prices in euros excluding taxes, excluding shipping costs. The company DAMIEN BEAL benefits from the exemption in base of VAT (VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI).
The company DAMIEN BEAL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the ordered products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.
The customer can pay by credit card, bank transfer, Paypal or by check.
The customer who wishes to pay by check must send it to the following address DAMIEN BEAL - 36 Avenue de Saint Cloud - 78000 Versailles. Please also note that the shipping of the ordered article will be done only after reception and cashing of the check.
If the debit of the sum due by the customer would prove impossible (opposition, refusal of the emitting bank...), the order will not be recorded by the company DAMIEN BEAL.
4/ POSTAGE, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The customer will be warned on the homepage in case of a non-shipping period (e.g. during vacations).
Shipments are made all over the world.
The delivery costs appear on the summary screen before the validation of the order. The delivery is free for metropolitan France from 50€. For foreign countries, shipping costs vary according to the weight of the package and the destination.
If the ordered products are available, the order will be sent within one to three working days as from the day following the validation of the order by the company DAMIEN BEAL.
Following the forwarding of the products by the company DAMIEN BEAL, the delivery period will be approximately 2 working days for any sending in Colissimo recommended for France. The customer will be able to follow his parcel thanks to the tracking number which will be communicated to him by email during the sending of the order. The package is delivered against a signature. In case of absence, a notice of passage is left in the mailbox. You then have 15 days to get it back.
For any order to a country other than metropolitan France, the shipping and delivery time is about 10 working days.
The payment of any costs that may be necessary for the entry of the ordered products into the delivery territory (customs duties and formalities, import taxes, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the customer, which he accepts.
The refusal of payment by the customer of the customs charges involves the cancellation of the order and its refund. The possible transport and customs clearance costs paid by the company DAMIEN BEAL to recall the order will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer on the website. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes. In order for the deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (street number, building, staircase, access codes, etc.).
5/ RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
For any return, the customer is invited to contact the customer service by email at email@example.com. Following this request of the customer, the procedure of return of the products will be communicated to him.
Products purchased on the www.damienbeal.fr website, unused and in their original packaging, can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be refunded.
The shipping costs for a return (as part of a refund or exchange) are the responsibility of the customer.
The risks related to this return are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore recommended to obtain a receipt, proof of this return, on which appears a date of sending.
The refunding of the returned products will be done according to the method of payment used initially and only once they will have reached the premises at the address: DAMIEN BEAL - 36 Avenue de Saint Cloud - 78000 Versailles. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days.
To receive another product to replace the one returned, a new order will have to be made by the customer on the site.
Each bag and accessory is carefully manufactured, in a process of durability, however in case of quality problem due to a manufacturing defect we commit ourselves to repair or replace the item at our expense during the 3 months following its purchase.
